But now thus says the Lord,

he who created you, O Jacob,

he who formed you, O Israel:

 “Fear not, for I have redeemed you;

I have called you by name, and you are mine. Isaiah 43:1 (ESV)

Greetings in the mighty name of Jesus,

At our parish prayer last Saturday, Roger shared from Isaiah 43:1. This verse offers immense confidence and assurance to every believer. God has personally called each one of you. What great joy to be called sons and daughters of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

My family and I would like to thank the congregation for your warm welcome and prayers. We look forward to a fruitful and Spirit-filled ministry with you and among you.

NCLS will take place on Sunday, 16 January 2022. Please use the link below for those who like to complete the survey online. Hard copies are also available. Please return the forms to the wardens or the vicar after completion.

We had a leak in the foyer, which David Madill (God bless him) has fixed. Thank you, David. Please notify the wardens if you notice any problems in the church buildings. This will help us to identify and rectify the issue.

The Vicarage is still being prepared for the Loh family to live in, and donations are welcome to help with that. Feel free to donate as you are able.

Please pray for:

– Richard for heavenly wisdom and discernment.
– For the Loh family- Isabel and Christian to make friends and settle in a new school system. Jessica for employment in the legal sector.
– For Eunice Adams.
– For those, we know sick with covid and protection for the rest of us.
– For Tanya packing and preparing to move house and Ministry position, amid taking some annual leave.
– For God’s sustaining for those who already serve faithfully in so many ways.
– For a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit in our church.
– For the poor, hungry, vulnerable and orphans in Barak, Zambia, plus the work of Hands at Work among them.
– For the persecuted faithful around the world.
– God to raise up leaders for our parish.
