Exodus 14: 13 And Moses said to the people, “Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will work for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall never see again. 14The LORD will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.”

15The LORD said to Moses, “Why do you cry to me? Tell the people of Israel to go forward.(ESV)

After the rousing speech by Moses, the people were in awe and were greatly inspired but there was one huge problem; nobody moved!! Everyone one of them was still standing!! To experience the miracle of God, they had moved. God couldn’t perform the miracle until they moved. God said to the people “Stop crying and get moving” 

When God urges you to go forward, go, don’t wait. When you go forward in obedience to God’s word, you will have success. Amen.

Announcements:

  • A big thank you for completing the NCLS survey. If you haven’t had the chance to complete the survey, please let Richard know. 

  • We are always looking for people to serve, if you would like to volunteer in any role, please let Richard know. 

  • Tanya’s last day with us will be the 30th of January. We wish Tanya all blessings as she moves to St James the Less, Mt Eliza.

  • We wish all blessings upon Baden and pray; he will have a great ministry with Korus. Baden will continue to support our youth ministry albeit in a voluntary role

  • Please pray for God to send us children and family worker soon.

  • Prayer meeting- 12-1pm on Wednesday at the Heritage Church

                                      8-9am on Saturday at the Atrium. 

  • It is a condition of entry that everyone sign in using the QR code or the sign-in book. You are also required to wear masks in the church services irrespective of vaccination status. Please help us to keep everyone safe.

Safe Ministry Dates (In Person)

Safe Ministry training is required for all volunteers and staff, an email has been sent to those currently on our list. Please take note of the dates for Safe Ministry training running at the church. To book in please contact email admin@ccd.org.au, or you can email for online training information. 

  • Friday 28 January 10am to 12,

  • Saturday 29 January 10am to 12 and

  • Saturday 19 February 10am to 12.

VICARAGE RENOVATIONS
