God is at work among us!
Have you noticed – prayers answered for those undergoing surgery and treatments; Jill’s mushrooming community enterprise feeding those in need; others finding boldness and opportunity to share their faith in response to Greg’s recent stirring message and others volunteering service to the community?
God is stirring us to prayer; compassionate action and enlarging our faith. How are you experiencing the stirring of God’s Spirit at present in your life? What is God directing your spirit, your thoughts and prayers toward? What next step might you take in response? Ring a friend and share your thoughts, praying together for God’s guidance or discernment and boldness. Be sure of this – God is frequently speaking to you. Often it is simply through a need or opportunity that presents itself to you. As we begin each day with a simple prayer of inviting God to direct our path that day trust that he is doing so and then be ready…

Please pray for our own dear B in McCulloch House, soon to pass beyond the veil of this life into glory; give thanks for Rod’s successful surgery; for S, having treatment for prostate cancer; for C’s husband, D, undergoing cancer treatment with positive prognosis; Pray for A’s Mum – W – home now after a minor stroke, and for the family caring for her and for her future; for N and all nurses in aged care; Continue praying for complete healing and recovery for C, E, K, A, J, P, S, L, C, A. Pray for R and for N – for grace upon N’s witness to the people of her retirement village in great need of Jesus; Pray for Mecka leading the Covid fight in Tanzania and for his family here in Australia; for Greenwood Mews and Manor – that the love of Christ touch and open many hearts to his grace and goodness.
